Bucket List #91 Spend a day at Hyams Beach NSW

The best laid plans…….

Hyams Beach is named after Michael Hyam who was granted 41 acres of land there in 1859. It is a seaside village on the shores of Jervis Bay. I read somewhere that it was listed as one of the best beaches in Australia mainly due to its fine squeaky white sand. For this reason it made my top 100 Bucket List. It being rainy and overcast the beauty of the beach was not apparent on the day I visited so instead of a day of lying on the beach it was a quick walk with umbrella in hand
