Stay at Lake Boondooma Qld (BL74)
Lake Boondooma is a lovely place some 20km from Proston. Covering around 10sq km of surface, the lake is a popular place for a day or stay. The only accommodation option is the caravan park situated beside the lake. Fishing and boating is the main drawcard.
While I didn’t actually stay at the lake I did spend the afternoon here. I chose to camp in town at Proston.
